Shipping & Handling

BBQRepairParts.com does not profit from shipping and handling. We try to keep our shipping rates as low as possible to create the best customer experience.

Our shipping and handling on all orders vary depending on your location. However, the table below outlines sample shipping costs:

  • Up to 5 lbs. $14.99
  • Up to10 lbs. $19.99
  • Up to 30 lbs. $39.99
  • Up to100 lbs. $89.99
  • Up to150 lbs. $149.99
  • Over 150 lbs (new grill sales) please contact us


All orders will ship via UPS, Federal Express or United States Postal Service at our discretion.

If you would prefer an alternative shipping method, please Contact Us.

If we don't happen to have your order fully in stock, requiring us to order any remaining items from the manufacturer, we typically hold the partial order items until we receive the entire order. We than ship the full order out in one shipment.

If this situation arises and you would like us to ship any items we have in stock immediately, requiring multiple shipments for any remaining items, there will be an additional charge for the separate shipments.

If you have a question regarding the STATUS of your Order/Shipment, please E-MAIL us at info@bbqrepairparts.com. We will be glad to send you a tracking number as soon as the shipment is sent. Please keep in mind we ship your order when ALL parts are ready to ship. If you would like partial shipments based upon the quantity available, please let us know. Additional shipping fees will apply.

When requesting the STATUS OF YOUR ORDER, include the following information:

-> Your Name
-> Date of Purchase
-> Three digit order #

Note: Some oversized items may require an additional shipping and handling fee. We will contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed with your order. Extra large oversized items are excluded from flat rate shipping.

Returns:  Returns are accepted from 15 days after you receive the item less shipping & handling and subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be in the same condition as when they where shipped. No credit will be given for damaged goods. Shipping Fees are not refundable. You are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to us. You will be credited back for the item less the above fees through the payment provider.

Credit Card Cancellations:  If you cancel a payment through your credit card instead of using our Return Policy (through payment provider), you are accountable for ALL fees from the processing companies, from the credit card companies and additional fees for the time involved in challenging the case.
